Issue highlights.
Included as part of this stamp issue is a special "Rub to Reveal" sheetlet stamp pack, which uses heat reactive ink on one of the two included sheetlets. By rubbing gently on the sheetlet stamps, images within the stamp designs are revealed.
The gutter design reflects the geographical boundary of the states included in the issue.
